Fully automatic packaged sludge thickening and dewatering system built around an imported PIERALISI decanter centrifuge, integrating sludge feed, automatic solution preparation and dosing, dewatered-sludge conveying and PLC control for municipal, power-plant and industrial sludge.

ROY-series fully automatic, skid-mounted polymer solution preparation unit that wets, dissolves and matures powdered PAM, PAC and similar reagents into a stable 0.5% solution, then dilutes to 0.1% for dosing — a turnkey three-tank system needing only water and power connections.

Standard skid-mounted chemical dosing package integrating metering pumps (1 L/h to 10000 L/h, 0.3 MPa to 30 MPa, ±1% accuracy), solution tanks, agitators, safety and back-pressure valves and PLC control, with corrosion-resistant materials for oilfield, petrochemical, power and municipal water treatment duties.

Engineered-to-order, multi-pump chemical dosing skid configured to each process: metering pumps, solution tanks, agitators, safety and back-pressure valves, filters and controls integrated on a common base, delivering 1–10000 L/h at 0.3–30 MPa with ±1% accuracy in fixed or mobile builds for petrochemical, power, paper and municipal water treatment.
