
Engineered-to-order, multi-pump chemical dosing skid configured to each process: metering pumps, solution tanks, agitators, safety and back-pressure valves, filters and controls integrated on a common base, delivering 1–10000 L/h at 0.3–30 MPa with ±1% accuracy in fixed or mobile builds for petrochemical, power, paper and municipal water treatment.
Overview of the engineered dosing package:
Each dosing package is engineered to order around the specific process duty. Based on the customer's process requirements, the required number of metering pumps together with solution tanks, agitators, level gauges, safety valves, back-pressure valves, pressure gauges, filters, pulsation dampeners, piping and valves are configured and integrated on a common base to form a complete unit for storing and dosing chemical solutions. The package can be operated manually or controlled automatically; automatic control is achieved using various sensors, controllers, transmitters, stroke-positioning motors, frequency converters, PLCs and other electrical instruments. Wetted materials are selected to match the corrosive characteristics of each medium — carbon steel (rubber-lined carbon steel), stainless steel or non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP). The result is a compact, small-footprint package that is simple to install and operate, and can be delivered as a fixed or mobile (skid-mounted) build to suit the project.
