
Standard skid-mounted chemical dosing package integrating metering pumps (1 L/h to 10000 L/h, 0.3 MPa to 30 MPa, ±1% accuracy), solution tanks, agitators, safety and back-pressure valves and PLC control, with corrosion-resistant materials for oilfield, petrochemical, power and municipal water treatment duties.
Overview of the Dosing System
According to the requirements of the process flow, metering pumps, solution tanks, agitators, level gauges, safety valves, back-pressure valves, pressure gauges, filters, pulsation dampers, piping and valves are assembled on a common base frame to form a dosing system capable of storing and dosing chemical solutions. The dosing system can be operated manually or controlled automatically; automatic control is achieved by various sensors, controllers, transmitters, stroke-positioning motors, frequency converters, PLCs and other electrical and instrumentation devices. Depending on the corrosive characteristics of the medium, a variety of corrosion-resistant materials are available, such as carbon steel (rubber-lined carbon steel), stainless steel and non-metallic materials (PE, PVC, PP). The dosing system features a compact structure, small size, simple installation and easy operation, and can be made fixed or mobile according to customer requirements.
