Overview
The packaged sludge thickening and dewatering system is a solid-liquid separation system built around a sludge dewatering centrifuge. It mainly consists of the sludge dewatering centrifuge, the sludge feed system, the fully automatic solution preparation, dosing and dilution system, the dewatered-sludge conveying system, the fully automatic control system and the associated valves and piping, enabling fully automatic control.
System Composition
1. Sludge Dewatering Centrifuge
The core equipment for sludge thickening and dewatering is the horizontal decanter centrifuge. Our company uses the original imported PIERALISI horizontal decanter centrifuge, ensuring excellent dewatering performance and high overall efficiency and reliability of the equipment.
2. Sludge Feed System
The sludge feed system consists of a sludge cutter (macerator), sludge feed pump, electromagnetic flowmeter, piping, valves and level gauges.
3. Fully Automatic Solution Preparation, Dosing and Dilution System
4. Sludge Conveying System
Our company uses an advanced and highly efficient screw conveyor as the dewatered-sludge conveying equipment, which can transport the sludge to a designated sludge storage area.
5. Fully Automatic Control System
5.1 Simple control system: this system provides automatic/manual operation of the separation main unit, feed system, dosing system and chemical-dosing system, along with operation monitoring of the main equipment, fault alarms and interlock protection. It meets the control requirements of a single packaged unit.
5.2 PLC + ROY HMI control system: the system uses touch-screen operation with parameter measurement and display, can generate dynamic screens and alarms, and allows parameter setting and modification through the ROY human-machine interface.

Sludge dewatering:
Municipal sludge, power-plant sludge, dyeing and printing sludge, paper-mill sludge, natural-gas desulfurization sludge, calcium carbide sludge, fiberboard sludge, potato degreasing, activated sludge, gypsum slurry.
Solid-liquid separation:
Polyvinyl fluoride resin, ammonium sulfite, barium carbonate, strontium sulfate, lithopone, mica flakes, shellac flakes, starch, distillers' grain waste liquor, animal fats, blood meal.
Particle classification:
Titanium dioxide, kaolin, starch, drilling mud, coal-powder flotation, crystal-stone flotation, diatomite, gypsum, bauxite, china clay, ore.
Liquid clarification:
Coconut juice, soy protein, peanut protein, fruit juice, beverages, vegetable oil, citric acid, waste-oil purification, wash-water purification, orange juice, alum sludge.
