HELISEM Industrial Agitators / Mixers
HELISEM standard agitator series (developed from the former Milton Roy mixers) for solution mixing, solids suspension and flocculation in water treatment and fine chemicals, with IEC or gear motors, multiple shaft/impeller materials, vessel volumes from 0.5 to 200 m³ and operating temperatures up to 100°C.

Technical details
The HELISEM agitator is a standard mixer series developed and expanded from the former Milton Roy agitators. It is suited to processes such as solution mixing, solids suspension and flocculation, and is widely used in water treatment, fine chemicals and end-product industries.
The drive of the HELISEM agitator consists of an IEC-standard motor or a gear motor from a well-known brand. The shaft and impeller are available in a variety of materials, and the impeller type can be configured to suit different application requirements, making it a stable, efficient, low-energy mixing product.
VLA series agitators
- Mechanical configuration: direct motor drive, fitted with a propeller-type impeller, transition plate with radial bearing, rated power 0.37 to 1.5 kW.
- Capacity: open-vessel volume of approximately 0.5 to 5 m³.
- Operating conditions: atmospheric operating pressure, operating temperature up to 70°C.
- Main applications: homogenization, dissolution, reagent preparation, neutralization.
VDA series agitators
- Mechanical configuration: direct motor drive, fitted with a propeller-type impeller, rated power 0.25 to 1.5 kW.
- Capacity: open-vessel volume of approximately 0.5 to 5 m³.
- Operating conditions: atmospheric operating pressure, operating temperature up to 70°C.
- Main applications: homogenization, dissolution, reagent preparation, neutralization.
VRP series agitators
- Mechanical configuration: driven by a reduction gearbox, fitted with a four-blade PBT impeller, rated power 0.25 to 3 kW.
- Capacity: open-vessel volume of approximately 0.5 to 5 m³.
- Operating conditions: atmospheric operating pressure, operating temperature up to 90°C.
- Main applications: homogenization, dissolution, reagent preparation, neutralization.
VRT series agitators
- Mechanical configuration: driven by a reduction gearbox, fitted with a Sabre impeller, rated power 0.55 to 5.5 kW.
- Capacity: open-vessel volume of approximately 3 to 200 m³.
- Operating conditions: atmospheric operating pressure, operating temperature up to 100°C.
Main applications: homogenization, reagent preparation, solids suspension, rapid mixing and dissolution in water treatment; heat-transfer, solids-suspension and storage-tank applications.
