Technical details

1. Operating Principle of the Dry Vacuum Pump

The dry screw vacuum pump is a pumping device that generates suction and discharge through a pair of screws rotating synchronously at high speed in opposite directions inside the pump casing. The two screws are precisely dynamically balanced, supported by bearings and mounted within the casing, with a defined clearance maintained between them. As a result, there is no friction between the screws during operation, giving smooth running, low noise and a working chamber that requires no lubricating oil. This allows the dry screw pump to handle gas streams containing large amounts of water vapor and small quantities of dust, while achieving a higher ultimate vacuum, lower power consumption, energy savings and maintenance-free operation. It is the next-generation replacement for oil-sealed, water-ring and ejector vacuum pumps.

2. Revolutionary Features of the Dry Vacuum Pump

It is a dry pump in the true sense: with no gear transmission and no need for lubricating oil, it is a completely oil-free dry vacuum pump with zero process contamination. It produces no waste liquid and therefore incurs no cost for waste-liquid treatment.
